Meet Catherine

Born and raised in San Francisco, I'm a wife, mom of four, author of Count It All Joy, and a business consultant passionate about helping women build lives and businesses rooted in purpose.

For years, I served women as a Birth Doula and Photographer, walking alongside them through some of life's most transformative moments. Photography was my first language of storytelling. A single image can hold exhaustion and joy, fear and courage—a snapshot of the exact moment life shifts.

Those experiences shaped the work I do today.

My years as a doula taught me that transformation is sacred. I witnessed women discover strength they didn't know they had, often in the middle of uncertainty, change, and growth. Photography taught me to notice the details. Journaling taught me how to capture them. Together, they showed me the power of reflection, resilience, and intentional action.

Today, I help women gain clarity in both life and business. Whether through coaching, consulting, virtual assistant support, or writing, my goal is the same: to help women move forward with confidence, create systems that support their vision, and build a life that reflects who they are becoming.

I believe your story matters. Your work matters. And with the right support, you can create something meaningful—both personally and professionally.
